HDI stands for High Density Interconnect . HDI PCB is a printed circuit board with higher line density and interconnection performance made by micro blind buried via technology. It is usually composed of multi-layer substrate, copper foil circuit, micro blind via, micro buried via, etc. Through special lamination and drilling process, electrical connection between layers is achieved to meet the needs of miniaturization and high performance of electronic equipment.
