Product Introduction
Copper convex PCB board is a copper structure with protrusions made on the printed circuit board through a specific process. It is generally composed of insulating substrate, copper foil circuit, copper convex and other parts. The insulating substrate provides support and electrical insulation, the copper foil circuit is used to achieve circuit connection, and the copper convex is a copper structure protruding from the board surface, usually in a cylindrical or other regular shape.
